Cybersecurity Policy Summary (SSP / POAM)

USA Telecom maintains an active System Security Plan (SSP) and a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) in accordance with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 1 requirements. These documents govern internal IT practices, access control, incident response, and system protection.

We regularly assess and update controls across all 14 CMMC domains. A POAM is maintained internally to track the status of controls, monitor gaps, and implement mitigation measures. These documents support our readiness for CMMC Level 2 certification.

Full SSP/POAM documentation is available upon request to government contracting officers under NDA.

This Basic Agreement application is for resale-based telecom services only. USA Telecom maintains engineering labor capabilities available for future task orders upon request.
